In fact, the venues were idea makers for buyers. The Open House was a helpful and well thought-out event which spread the word about the property. Postcards, posters, newspaper ads, and in-person visits, with potential buyers, created community interest. Finally, the eye-catching multiple listings services in two different areas was one more way that brought interest. This property had multiple offers! James was very helpful inn evaluating the property and getting it ready for market. The property had been a rental and the tenant had not left it in good shape.
